Trade Terms
F.O.B. CIF or EX-Work is based on your requirements.
Payment Terms
T/T or L/C at sight
Delivery Time
Roughly 10-12 working days after confirmed order and T/T payment 7 days prior to shipment.
Goods Inspection
Goods shall be ready for inspection 2-3 days prior to delivery or shipment date.
Inspection must be conducted in our Factory.
Limited Warranty
The return goods must be under 6 months warranty from the date of delivery, and also must be accompanied with SZOKL TECH part number and serial number.
No battery pack will be accepted with unknown source or invalid serial number.
The return goods must be shipped prepaid in quarterly and SZOKL TECH part number must be clearly marked on every carton.
Replacement will be shipped together with next coming shipment or according to customers' shipping instruction and the shipping cost outside Shenzhen will be paid by customers.
All returns are for credit of current selling price to customers' account for defectives that cannot be repaired or reconditioned.
